My plan is also to shampoo (clean) the carpet after general cleaning before tenants move into the building.

Tenant is responsible for minor maintenance, such as apartment cleaning, resetting electrical circuit breakers, snow removal from sidewalk and steps, and placing trash (garbage) and recyclables on the sidewalk for weekly pick-up. Landlord is responsible for major repairs, such as plumbing and furnace repairs. The roof, gutters and downspouts, and furnace were replaced three (3) years ago and are relatively new, and, therefore, should require no or minimal maintenance.

Car parking is available on the street (Shady Ave., Tilbury, and Waldron).

Term: Suggested Lease Term Options (Starting and ending dates may differ somewhat based on student needs):
